Love this recipe. Try making it just exactly like the recipe before making any changes - it's delicious just like it is, including the fresh grated nutmeg.
I love this soup. It fills me up for only 2 points. Only change I made was I used 4 cups of stock instead of 3 and I never seem to have any parsley around when I make this.
I think I would have rather used Skim Milk instead of so much broth. Too much broth took the creamy flavor away.
