We really liked this side item. We used it for a barbecue. I added onion, bell pepper and black olives to it as well.
Delicious. More vigegoar added, along with scallions and cilantro. Don't forget to let the quinoa cool if you don't want cooked tomatoes (oops).
Simple to make and delicious. 2 daughters ages 6 and 9 as well as my husband and I loved it. With all the herbs in my garden, I can't wait to try basil, parsley, thyme, cilantro, or oregano from my garden.
This is a great tasting recipe, quick and easy to make. I am always looking for recipes that are quick and something different than the usual meals. This one fit the bill, I made it with the red Quinoa. My family loved it and look forward to fixing it again.
