I followed recipe but added 1/2 cup raisins to counteract acidity. Then it was very good. puzzles33
Easy and yummy!
This worked really good as a side dish on a low protein dinner, added some jalapenho peppers to add a little kick since I did not have onions, it was good! Will do again.
Used cilantro and chives as well as 1/2 c. of chopped green pepper. Very good!
