I used the prewashed quinoa and it was really easy and good. I used a tuscan herb olive oil and a balsamic vinegar. Next time I'm going to use a citrus flavored olive oil and vinegar. I think you can vary the flavor to your liking depending on the olive oils and vinegars you use. I ate this warm after preparing it and cold the next day. Both ways were good.
