We really liked this side item. We used it for a barbecue. I added onion, bell pepper and black olives to it as well.
Delicious. More vigegoar added, along with scallions and cilantro. Don't forget to let the quinoa cool if you don't want cooked tomatoes (oops).
Simple to make and delicious. 2 daughters ages 6 and 9 as well as my husband and I loved it. With all the herbs in my garden, I can't wait to try basil, parsley, thyme, cilantro, or oregano from my garden.
