Excellent! I made this with granulated Splenda in Muffin and sugar in crumble topping. It isn't a sweet muffin but aren't most things too sweet these days?
OMG these are good.
Easy to follow recipie. I used cupcake tins and got twice as many, just smaller.
I've had better blueberry muffins, but not for only 6 points, so I give it a five. I substituted Splenda/sugar 50/50 (white sugar, not the brown one) blend for the sugar and that dropped it to 5 points and I can't tell there is Splenda in it.
These are very tasty! Wonderful with coffee and a side of strawberries!
