This recipe is so flavorful and easy. Served with couscous and added a bunch of quick sauteed veggies (broccolli, snow peas, mushrooms) to the pan with the glaze and chicken to create a really hearty and delicious meal. My husband loved it as well.
Chicken hard to cook evenly in the skillet. Glaze good but family did not like because of the vinegar.
This chicken was literally one of the best I've ever eaten. It is the perfect blend of sweet and savory with the glaze. I will be making this again very soon. One tip - the chicken breasts we used were on the thicker side, so I cut them each in half to make sure they cooked evenly. All in all though a win!
