Made this using chicken breast tenders so they cooked quickly. Also, used a greek garden herb medley that contained oregano, thyme, etc. and it was delicious. Will make again.
This is my favorite go-to recipe. Its quick, easy, and tastes great. I occasionally add a little rosemary or very lightly roll the chicken in a bit of flour. I could eat this every night.
