I really think the recipe was supposed to be for 1 cup of mushrooms, I still added more. I added red onion, bacon bits, a hard boiled egg and raspberries to my spinach then topped it off with the warm mushroom dressing to make a complete meal for myself. I did add an ounce of avacado but it was not worth the 1pp value. The raspberries gave a wonderful sweet to the sour balsamic. Will definately make again.
