After reading how it wasn't sweet at all and thinking 2 t. Splenda wasn't going to do much, I added 1/2 c. brown sugar. I suppose I added 1 point/ramekin with the brown sugar. Also added nutmeg & ginger so more like pumpkin pie. I ate it without topping and my family ate it with spray-on whipped cream. They said it was fine because of the added sweetness of the topping. I thought it was OK but not sweet like a dessert. Probably won't make again but will try a different, similar recipe.
