Delicious will make again!
I used another WW recipe for sauted shrimp that had sauted eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and most any veggie in refrigerator. Mixed in a cup of brown rice. It was delicious.
The recipe was easy to make! I added some mushrooms, scallions and Mrs Dash :). The family loved it served over brown rice.
I added a little White pepper for an extra kick. So tasty. Served it over orzo (don;t forget to count the exra points!) and it made a delicious dinner! Will dewfinitely add this to my list of main courses! :)
