The recipe was easy to make! I added some mushrooms, scallions and Mrs Dash :). The family loved it served over brown rice.
I added a little White pepper for an extra kick. So tasty. Served it over orzo (don;t forget to count the exra points!) and it made a delicious dinner! Will dewfinitely add this to my list of main courses! :)
I do a version of this recipe that is almost the same, but I add minced garlic, and use butter-flavored Pam. I add veggies (fresh and chopped) , then rice at the end. Makes a delicious one pan meal!
