This recipe tasted great! There were a few things that I tweaked. After realizing that the first cooking of the powdered sugar/corn starch and water was taking too long, I popped the bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes and it worked liike a charm. The rest of the steps I used the double boiler. I also added 1 tablespoon of corn starch to my egg whites, because it stops them from weaping. There were too many graham cracker crumbs, too, so I'd cut back on that amount next time.
