yummy!! fluffy and dont feel guilty
These cookies turned out great the day we made them. They were fluffly and totally satisfied my sweet tooth. They were a little hard the next day so if you make them and intend to eat them throughout the week make sure you store them properly.
I substituted Splenda baking sugar blend and Splenda brown sugar blend for this recipe, and they came out perfect. If you are looking for cookie texture, this recipe may not be for you....but if you like chocolate chip muffin tops, this satisfies!
These are very tasty but they are a bit more like chocolate chip pancakes because of their spongy texture, but they are still really good and I would definitely make them again!
