These little muffins tasted good. They are not super sweet and are great served for breakfast or as a snack.. I changed the recipe by adding some dried cranberries to the batter.
I liked these a lot.. I plan to use these on the mornings when I simply don't have enough time to actually make breakfast. I sampled one the day of baking and it was okay, then froze the remainder. This morning I defrosted a muffin in the microwave just to test it. It tasted even better to me than on the first day. In a pinch it is worth every bit of the 4 points.
This will keep me from looking for simply anything to eat by noon.
This recipie has no sweetness whatsoever. I added a teaspoon of honey to the middle and warmed it in the microwave and it was much better. I probably won't make these again.
These are just okay. They smelled so good cooking in the oven and I thought they would be amazing, but they just weren't sweet enough. And the texture was a bit rubbery. I'm going to eat them all week for breakfast, but I won't make them again.
