I've made these twice so far and they are delicious. I used pumpkin from an actual pumpkin rather than canned. The texture is different than I'm used to, however, I split them and pop them in the toaster oven for a light toast and that works for me. They are super simple to whip up, the flavor is amazing and my family and friends I've shared them with enjoyed them as well. A welcome addition to my recipe rotations!
