Pretty good version of the chocolate chip muffin, didn't really taste like anything major was missing, and great for a quick breakfast on the go when paired with some fresh fruit.
a tasty dense muffin! I substituted the canola oil for coconut oil which worked fine too. A recipe I'll go back to.
I am terrible at cooking and baking but was able to make these! They are delicious and have just the right amount of chocolate. They are small, but filling.
The taste of these muffins was overall great however the time was too long and they were a little burnt 5 mins before they should have even been done.
