This was really yummy! Made a few changes. I added extra garlic (because I'm married to an Italian and there can never be enough garlic), I added more chili powder, and I diced up a red bell pepper. I just sauteed the bell pepper with the onion, garlic, etc. This was really tasty and very filling! I also omitted the celery, because I'm not huge on it, and the pepper added that little bit of crunch. We also topped it with reduced fat cheddar, reduced fat sour cream, and Cholulah!
