SPICEY!! Great. I added more red pepper flakes, a medium jalapeno and used ground sirloin instead. Loved it!!
I used less beans and just threw in the onions and celery after the beef had browned which meant i did not have to use all the oil. I also topped it iwth some low fat yoghurt and fresh cilantro. It was deliscious!!!!!
This chili is very good. I simmered it a little longer than it called for and followed directions perfectly. I may have added a few extra jalapenos. It reheated very well. My grandkids and son liked it as well.
