I've made this twice and its our favorite chili now! Last night I took it to a "Chili Cook-off" and won 2nd place- I didn't tell them it was a Weight Watcher recipe! I just made a couple of changes. When I brown the sirloin, I add liquid smoke, and smoked sea salt. To the chili I add more of that salt, smoked paprika and diced black olives. One time I added green pepper also.
