good meal on a crisp fall day...my whole family enjoyed it. we left out the jalepeno, but otherwise followed the recipe.
This was very good and quick to make. I didn't add the shallots at the end, instead added green onions. It was spiced just perfectly, not too hot but just enough to let you taste it. Will keep this one.
This recipe is a keeper. I added an additional tbsp of chili powder and increased cumin to a full tbsp. I also used chicken instead of beef broth because it is what I had on hand. My husband and kids loved it. And there ia enough for leftovers tomorrow.
