Used Splenda brown sugar blend and doubled the amount, also doubled the cinnamon & nutmeg (2 of my fav spices). Added a chopped apple and a small box of raisins. Baked for an additional 5 minutes.
it was ok
This was ok, but not worth the work. Acorn squash are very difficult to peel. I think it would have worked with using apples instead.
I cooked this an additional 20 min., perhaps my chunks were too large. It's very good.
