My family really enjoyed this! It was quick and easy to throw together. I used frozen peaches (thaw first, and do not drain off the liquid) and whole wheat panko. The result was a light but satisfying dessert.
I made a lot of changes this time. First, I used individual ramekins. Then I omitted the flour and bread crumbs. With careful measurement of the other ingredients, I brought the PP level down to 2. We thought it tasted even better this way.
This turned out wonderfully but I would highly recommend using the bread crumbs not the toast. It still tasted like toast
With fresh peaches, this is delicious. Used tapocia instead of flour for thickening. 1/4 tsp nutmeg is a tasty addition to spices.
