I doubled the recipe because I was using up some almost-overripe peaches. Used old-fashioned oats because I didn't have quick-cooking; skipped the breadcrumbs, used Truvia sugar blend for the white sugar and Splenda brown sugar blend for the brown sugar. Turned out just fine, despite the substitutions (I haven't recalculated the points yet).
I don't love it but I do like it. DH loves just about anything with peaches, so he's a fan. :)
