I found this recipe last minute when I was going to have dinner with friends - I was looking for recipes that used store-made angel food cake. (I didn't want to bring fresh fruit, FF whipped topping and angel food cake, as that is so predictable when one is watching what one eats!) This recipe looked good so I took a chance. I did end up using 8oz espresso so that I could really soak the cake slices.
My friends and I all really liked this. The serving size was filling. I will make it again.
