Wonderful! Savory and rich and easy to make. Mine ended up being so thick that I added more chicken broth at the end to thin it out a bit and froze the leftover soup. A very filling and hardy soup for a cold winter day. Also, on hot days this soup will be great served chilled!
I love this recipe! Instead of risking burning myself with the blender-puree process, I used my smart-stick blender, and it works great! I also add fresh tomatoes. I make this on a Sunday and it lasts me all week.
The soup can be a little spicey i you don like spice but we love it this way and easy to make.
Turned out very well for such a low point soup. I did not roast the pepers and I added a dash of smoked paprika.
