I think this soup is very delicious. I charred my bell peppers, but I think you could substitute the jarred in water variety to pull it together quicker.
Love this recipe. Directions were great and easy to follow. I double the recipe so I some to freeze. Very filling. Definitely will be making this throughout the winter
Delicious! I used unsweetened almond milk instead of the cream and it cam out fine. I will definitly make this agin.
