My husband loved this.
Instead of beef, I used ground turkey breast I also added half a cup more sauce. and I used fat-free ricotta and Parmesan. Use more veggies.
It was delicious. My fiancé kept saying how flavorful was!
we made ours with chicken..really enjoyed the flavor. would add more veggies next time!! Would be good as a side dish without meat too.
Loved it. Great with a little whole wheat rotini under it. I added 1/2 chopped bell pepper (cooked with beef and onions) and used fresh parsley and dried oregano. DELISH.
