I had some problems with this recipe. I froze and baked it as mentioned in the WW article - Yumm! Make-Ahead Pasta Bakes and Casseroles. It was still frozen after the allotted time so I baked it longer and used the broiler to get the top to finally warm up. It was extremely runny/juicy/liquidy. After the addition of some additional spice, it wasn't bad tasting, however. I added some cinnamon (like a moussaka and a bit more salt. Overall a decent meal, but I probably won't make it again.
