I enjoyed this recipe but it wasn't one of my favorites. I altered the recipe a bit and used roasted eggplant in place of the fresh tomatoes and zucchini because I don't love either of those veggies, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The end result was tasty but a little bland. I wasn't sure how the seemingly random blend of cheeses were going to work out-- but they worked out fine. Good comfort food overall-- not delicious, but tasty enough. Good bang for the buck points wise.
