Really enjoyed filling (I like zestiness of ginger), so like another reviewer said, I'd give the filling a 5. But the crust...I had same prob others have: by the next day, it gets totally soggy and chewy, impossible to get through. So filling 5, crust 2. (If crust-making directions confuse, rotate the pie pan an eighth of a turn before adding each layer. Then you'll get a full circle of layered phyllo). If leftovers are expected, I'll make it crust-free next time.
