I love these muffins. The addition of oats adds a little more protein. Definitely recommend muffins with papers as they are very moist. I added 1 tsp vanilla to recipe. Great for breakfast with homemade Chai Tea. 1 cup black tea, 1 to 2 TBSP half and half, 1/4 tsp homemade Chai flavoring (Chai tea mix recipe: 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 2 TBSP sugar.) Enjoy!
