Moist, dense and yummy! I portioned the batter into 12 muffins for portion control and baked it for about 25 minutes. Delish!
This was a good, hearty bread. Good way to use up some overripe bananas, but it was a little on the dry side. Maybe next time I will use an extra banana for some added moistness.
