LOVE it!! They are SO easy to make, people always gobble them up fast and they are pretty filling.
I use toothpicks to hold the dough together before I bake, otherwise sometimes the dough bakes apart in the oven. Also, I use chicken breast as opposed to chicken thighs- I just like the lighter meat better.
These are an awesome alternative to the traditional pigs in a blanket at bbq's and football parties.
