I've made this twice now, both times when we had guests and everyone loves it. Even the children. I do omit the onion and green pepper. This will now be a staple in my house.
Delicious and great to take to a cook-out as a healthy alternative to regular Cole Slaw. I've made it with dried dill but it's far better with fresh. I've also added tomatoes, but I wouldn't do that again.
Have made this twice, and my husband and I love it. It goes well with burgers, or pretty much anything grilled.
