I love this and it was a hit at a party that I recently went to. However, I would try smaller portions of soy sauce and mirin - add half the amount and then gradually add more until you get the desired flavor profile. As is, the soy and mirin dominate. I had to add more tahini to balance it. Also, didn't have wasabi powder so used sriracha sauce and that made it. Unless taking to a big party, halving this recipe makes sense.
