This was so good! My non-Weight Watchers boyfriend said it is his favorite Weight Watchers dish so far. It had so much flavor. I followed the recipe exactly and probably let it marinate about 4 hours or so and it had tons of flavor.
My family loved this recipe! Will cook this again in the near future!
It is so yummy. We didn't let it marinate for the 12 hours, only about 30 minutes. We served it with a cup of steamed white rice (5 additional pts). Very satisfying and delicious. So clean to the palate.
