Very filling and tasty! Definitely needed some extra salt so I'll be adding that to the cheese mix next time. Made in a frying pan and came out great! Next time I might try dicing the basil and tomato to put on top though so you don't get it all in one bite.
On a side note - I tried making with vegan cheese this last time and I wouldn't suggest it (unless you're vegan of course :)). It was ok, but much better with true mozz cheese.
