This recipe only has a few ingredients. So it's important not to over-cook the shrimp! II plucked them from the pan as soon as they were pink on both sides. The basil was a nice add to the flavor and, I confess, I shaved a little bit of Parm on for an extra kick. I would make this agan. It was quick and tasty! Oh and I served it with paparadelle pasta. Yummy!!
