This is easy to make and delcious!
This recipe is almost perfect--but I added in garlic and almost tripled the onion and cilantro. Without that--it just tasted like peas. I also seasoned with garlic salt and a touch of onion powder. Big hit at a 4th of July BBQ!
Absolutely delicious and satsifying! I upped the cumin to a full teaspoon, a couple extra tablespoons of cilantro, and a splash of paprika. Great topped on grilled chicken breast.
I was very excited to try this recipe because I LOVE guacamole. I added garlic, a lot more onion and a lot more lime juice and some zest and the cumin was still very strong. Next time I will cut down on cumin. Still a great tasting dip just not a substitute for guacamole.
