LOVED IT! Only changes; no water but sautéed the onion and garlic in olive oil, added the fresh cut broccoli from Costco, 2 pds. Then chicken broth which covered about 3/4 of broccoli. Took kitchen sheers to cut up the broccoli to make it go down into the broth, after it cooked down it still was not over the broccoli, but when I used a hand immersion blender it went down and was very thick! No need for thickeners! Delicious! Topped w pinch of parmesan cheese, hot sauce & 1 crushed crouton! YUM!!
