This was good...I would make again...I used Siracha Sauce instead of hot sauce and more than it called for....and more chicen broth than called for....I made the mistake of adding the milk and using the emulsifier....it made it frothy...next time I'll emulsify before the milk. I enjoyed it and a great thing to bring to work....enjoy!
This is by far my favorite soup. It is nice and smooth but without the guilt. Hits the spot on a cold winter day but light enough to be refreshing in the spring.
I was a little nervous to try this one after reading some of the reviews, but this turned out really good and not too watery at all. I did add a packet of dry onion mix and some sriracha sauce, and topped with 1/4 c fat free sharp cheddar cheese.
Simple but good soup. I reserved half the onions and some of the smaller pieces of broccoli so it wasn't all pureed. I also added 2 tbsp. of corn starch to thicken and a tbsp. of marsala wine.
