how do you determine the indulgence points on weight watchers SmartOnes frozen products

The points are on the box, though I still run the NI through the calculator to be sure they are correct. If you are thinking they are partially "free" and partially indulgence, sorry, that's not the case.

The NI on the box is the most accurate way to calculate your entree's points.

If you are talking about Simple Start indulgence points. Sorry you have to use the entire amount of points for the Smart Ones as indulgence points.

Yeah, if the point value of a SO meal is 7, then you have to use 7 indulgence points. You don't get to shave any off, even there are veggies or other power foods in it.
