Hi!! Ok, so I just tried the new McDonald's Egg White Delight for breakfast. It has a whole what english muffin, slice of canadian bacon, white cheddar, and egg whites. It was really good. I can't find any nutritional info on it yet - other than it is 260 calories. :/ Anybody have more info? THANKS

Maybe it's only in limited locations right now to test it out? I don't find it listed on their website menu. Darn it - I'd love to check it out!

Thanks!! I'll contact them. In the meantime, I calculated 5 pts for the parts of the sandwich. :)

And, yes, it is brand new. Today was the first day they started testing them in certain places. My understanding is that they're suppose to come out in 2013 everywhere.

Sounds good, thanks for sharing -- I really wish they would start offering breakfast options with turkey bacon and/or sausage, since I don't eat any pork products.

In a pinch I use the approx 40 cals per point "rule". It looks like this one rounds up, but still, not bad! It's nice to see fast food joints adding healthier options. I wish they would test this one in our area too.

Your 40 Cals per Point is right on the money--If you round up--it is exactly the correct amount of points (using the MyFitnessPal nutrional values). Never heard of that rule before--will keep in mind--thanks).

In Austin where it is being tested. Used the nutrition info on the Egg White Delight wrapper and my weight watchers calculator on my smart phone. 6 points. Very tasty!

I tried it this morning and loved it! Had to add a little jam though. Could not find the nutritional info on McDonald's website so glad to find it here. Definitely worth 6 Points!

I woke up late yesterday and found this nifty breakfast sammy on way to work. Delicious on its own, but paired with some fruit (I always have a 2 or 3 tangerines in my work bag) it kick started my morning! Love the low points!

I got 6.64 pts using my online calculator. I think 7 points would be a safe #.

Here is a link to their site specifying what the nutritional info is.

It calculates to 7 WW POINTS. Maybe with some veggies or fruit it would be worth it.

I can easily live without the cheese, so I ask for mine with no cheese. That even reduces the points more. I also prefer regular bacon over Canadian bacan and request the substitution. I calculate 5pp. Egg whites are 0 points if you eat 1 but 1 point if you eat 2. I can't tell if there is 1 or 2 on this sandwich. ???? (I figure 2 just to be safe)

If you notice McDonalds does a great job allowing you to add and remove items and track nutritional number changes. Just click one of the ingredients on the left and remove that item from the mcmuffin.

By removing the margarine and white cheddar cheese you can get this mcmuffin down to 3 points.
