Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These chewy, fudge-like cookies will melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 1 spray cooking spray

  • 18 1⁄4 oz unprepared devil's food cake, 1 lb, 2 1/4-oz package

  • 2 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine

  • 2 Tbsp mineral water

  • 2 large egg white(s)

  • 1⁄2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 large egg

  • 1⁄2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Combine cake mix, margarine, water, egg whites and egg in a large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed until blended and smooth; fold in chocolate chunks.

  3. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until puffed up and dry to the touch, about 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Yields 1 cookie per serving.
